Confirm whether the clinician, dental service, and pharmacy are in network; whether a prescription drug benefit applies; and whether prior steps or documentation are required. Record the representative, date, and reference number when available.
Ask the pharmacy
Confirm the cash price, coverage response, generic product information, dispensing charge, delivery terms, and pharmacist access. A pharmacy quote does not include dental treatment unless it says so explicitly.
Ask the clinical service
Confirm what happens if online evaluation is insufficient, whether an in-person examination is required, what the visit fee covers, and how follow-up is handled.
Keep eligibility separate
Insurance coverage, a discount, or product availability cannot establish that ketorolac is medically appropriate. The prescriber decides after screening the patient.
